WELCOME TO DALLAS
Hotel Dallas gave us a very warm welcome to Dallas! This past weekend my friend Tatiana and I met up in Dallas for a quick weekend getaway & mini birthday celebration for her! Canvas Hotel Dallas is located in the heart of Cedars District and an ideal location for plenty of nightlife and fun!
I flew into Dallas pretty late and was so ready to have a good night’s sleep! The second I walked into our room, I was blown away by the high ceilings, modern art, and the industrial feel throughout our spacious room! We had the perfect view of Downtown Dallas and were so excited to explore once we got some much-needed rest after a day full of travel!
The next morning we were well-rested and so ready to attend the BAS Wellness event at the hotel. They had a delicious Brunch spread with mimosas & all before the event began. We had the chance to attend a saging class, learning all the steps to creating our own sage & also learned how to remove negative energy from our lives… who doesn’t need that?! It was such a great tool to have for the new year! We finished off the BAS Wellness event with a relaxing yoga class & of course another mimosa or two…
After attending the BAS Wellness event we were fully ready to explore Dallas! We found the best food, explored the Klyde Warren Park & rented lime scooters around the city all the way back to Canvas Hotel. We were having so much fun that we literally rode around for miles.
RESTAURANT AND ROOFTOP BAR
The Gallery Rooftop Lounge is one of the highlights of the hotel, with beautiful views of the city of Dallas and a heated pool overlooking the skyline. Alongside with a nighttime bar with hectic energy and amazingly crafted cocktails and delicious appetizers! LOBBY AND ART
The hotel itself has such a wonderful art variety in the lobby, with colorful paintings, artsy corners and a marvelous piano and chandelier in the center of it. I could have literally spent the afternoon admiring all of the beautiful artwork of the lobby. If you have an appreciation for art or just enjoy the finer things in life, the Dallas Canvas Hotel is the hotel for you! Tatiana & I wait to go back to Dallas soon!
For all of you Dallas locals, if you’re looking for Downtown Dallas weekend getaway or just a short staycation away from home, I couldn’t recommend the Canvas Hotel Dallas more!
